IN and OUT
The region is rich of historic sites due to the proximity of the Ho Chi Minh trail which was a crucial location during Vietnam War. In terms of natural heritage, Phong Nha -Ke Bang is probably one of the most wonderful regions in Vietnam; with its huge karst mountains, dizzy caves, dense jungle and underground rivers. In contrast to other famous natural sites in Vietnam like Halong Bay, this area does not endure mass tourism yet, making this travel even more enjoyable.
There are several ways to explore the myriad of places of interest around the hotel. The Tourism Center is, only few minutes walking from the hotel; where you can take a boat to visit Phong Nha Cave and ask any advice about what to do. Don’t miss the chance to discover the breathtaking Paradise Cave. This is probably one of the most impressive caves in Asia with colossal limestone formations.
If you prefer turnkey option, Jungle Boss is organising one or two days adventure tours. The tour combines the best places to visit with activities like kayaking, swimming inside a cave, trekking through the jungle… They will come at your hotel, pick you up in the morning, drop you off after the excursion and provide food, water and equipment. Note that a fine physical condition is necessary for some of these activities.
